Our Impact on a San Diego Institution

We've worked with one of San Diego's leading cultural institutions for 20 years. Recently, we conducted a major deployment of Toshiba copiers. The installation went seamlessly, even though we had to accommodate some of the special needs of the institution, including installing copiers at off-hours so as not to disturb daytime activity.

In another recent project, we helped cut some of the cost and headache out of copying checks, creating coversheets and couriering them to another location eight miles away. We did so by helping them use the redaction capability of software they were already using. This is but a small example of how we seek to add value for our clients.

Lastly, we're in the process of adding metadata kits to the their copiers and MFPs to capture index information right at the machine. In this way, documents can be found instantly by anyone with the appropriate access instead of scanning personal email addresses or shared drives where it's hard to find anything.
